Teme, teste si lucrari

La Follow Me am intrat in febra testelor. Copiii s-au pregatit intens, iar rezultatele sunt pe masura pregatirii. Reactiile cursantilor nostri au variat in functie de varsta si nivel: de la aclamari vesele pana la oftari tematoare. Testele nu trebuie privite ca niste „balauri” ai invatarii; acestea ii ajuta pe profesori sa isi dea seama care este nivelul cursantului si ce ar mai putea imbunatati la orele de curs.

Nota nu este decat o cifra, dar nu trebuie ignorata. Notele ii pot ajuta pe copii sa se autoevalueze. Daca astazi a luat nota 8, va sti ca poate mai mult si ca trebuie sa munceasca pentru zecele mult ravnit. Notele mici tind sa-i dezarmeze pe copii si sa ii faca sa piarda interesul fata de materia pe care o studiaza. Atat parintii cat si profesorii trebuie sa puna accentul pe aspectele pozitive, de genul: „Data viitoare poti mai bine!”; „Poate ai avut o zi mai grea; sigur vei reusi pe viitor!”; „Chiar daca ai fost obosit, e bine ca te-ai putut concentra sa faci chiar si atat”. Nu trebuie subliniat faptul ca a luat o nota mica, ci faptul ca poate mai mult de atat!

Cand vedeti ca cel mic are lacune, incurajati-l sa ii spuna profesorului ce anume nu a inteles, si mai mult ca sigur profesorul de la clasa ii va explica fara sa se supere. Chiar si in cazul temelor, e important sa lamureasca aspectele pe care nu le-a inteles din clasa.

Temele si testele nu trebuie privite ca pe o povara, ci ca pe o responsabilitate. Important este sa i se explice scopul lor – consolidarea celor invatate la scoala in ziua, saptamana sau luna respectiva.

Astazi, dupa test, am avut placuta surpriza sa primesc si un mic eseu sin partea unui cursant. Gino a prezentat aspectele vietii de vedeta, atat pozitive cat si negative. Good job!

WHY I WANT TO BE FAMOUS…OR NOT!

When I hear the word „Famous”, I’m thinking of celebrities. A celebrity is a person who is popular, widely known and easy to recognise.

One of the most important reasons of becoming famous is popularity – everyone would like you. Another aspect I like about being famous is gaining respect. In time, of course, but when you actually deserve it. Probably if you have charisma, you could become an idol, which for me is like a „teenage dream” that I would like to see come to life.

On the other hand, there must always be a disadvantage or two. Paparazzi can invade your privacy to obtain what they want. Briefly said, they want to photograph you for a lot of money. Paparazzi can influence your image. By saying bad things about you they can destroy your career or, even worse, your life, like the cases of Princess Diana or Britney Spears.

In conclusion, if you become famous, you would have the best and the worst of the glamour world. I’d prefer living like that, even though it might have its bad times. I would handle it.
