O ocazie bună să îi încânți cu niște poezii de sezon în limba engleză, care să le suplimenteze cunoștințele de vocabular, să le exerseze memoria și să îi facă să trăiască frumos, artistic, acest anotimp.

Poezii de primăvară pentru preșcolari și școlari mici
Versurile care le atrag atenția copiilor de vârstă mică se bazează pe imagini vii construite din cuvinte, referitoare la animăluțe și puii lor, la vreme – soare, nori, ploaie – și flori și la felul în care percepem primăvara cu ajutorul simțurilor. Pentru cei mici, versurile ar trebui sa fie scurte, simple, cu vocabular întâlnit frecvent.

E important să expunem copiii școlari și la limba scrisă sau vorbită artistică – limba de dragul limbii, nu funcțională, nu act de comunicare sau transmitere de informații, ci cuvinte rostite care îți umplu inima de bucurie și te sensibilizează. În timp ce se bucură de versurile de calitate ale poeților clasici, consacrați despre primăvară, copiii vor întâlni cuvinte noi în engleză și expresii frumoase pe care le vor prelua apoi automat în compunerile lor sau în vorbire.

Ce activități poți face cu copiii pe baza poeziilor?
Poeziile de primăvară în engleză, dar și alte tipuri de poezii, cum ar fi cele despre vară, toamnă, ploaie sau zăpadă, despre Crăciun sau Paște sunt un prilej de dezvoltare personală pentru copii și adulți. Cum poți lucra pe baza lor?
- Ascultă poezia. Întotdeauna începem cu acest element, în care copilul ascultă poezia citită sau recitată de un adult. Sau de un actor.
- Ascultă și interpretează (mimează acțiunile despre care se povestește în poezie – de exemplu modalitățile de folosire a simțurilor, mirositul florilor, ascultatul freamătului naturii, pipăitul ierbii)
- Ascultă și desenează sau pictează (scene din) poezie
- Fă o felicitare desenată de tine cu poezia scrisă caligrafic
- Citește și interpretează (citește cu intonație – adică NU ca pe poezie, ci ca pe o reclamă sau un fragment de film)
- Recită din memorie. Filmează un video cu poezia recitată.
- Încearcă să găsești o linie melodică pe care să cânți poezia
- Discută despre cea mai frumoasă scenă din poezie. De asemenea, despre ce nu se potrivește acolo.
- Selectează cuvintele (sau rimele) preferate din poezie. Selectează 3 cuvinte noi (necunoscute) învățate în poezie și 3 cuvinte bizare, al căror sunet nu se potrivește cu ceea ce descriu. Poeziile oferă, astfel, mai multe oportunități de învățare decât memorarea. Reprezintă una dintre activitățile pe care e recomandat să le alegi, din când în când, pentru copilul tău.
Decât un joc video, mai bine un desen cu creioanele colorate. Decât un desen animat, mai bine o povestire. Decât un filmuleț pe youtube, de 100 de ori mai bine o poezie frumoasă în engleză – încearcă mereu să alegi lucruri care îl dezvoltă și îl fac să aprecieze frumosul și arta pe micuțul tău! Primăvara, acest anotimp minunat, merită simțită prin intermediul plimbărilor în parc și în pădure, ascultată în freamătul dimineții sau în Anotimpurile lui Vivaldi și exprimată prin dans, pictură sau poezie.
